Your Second Visit

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings.

We will provide you with a report folder that will include chiropractic literature for you to review, as well as printed copies of your exam results. If x-rays were performed, Dr. Houtz will go over them with you as well. Based on these exam findings, Dr. Houtz will then give you recommendations for care.

The second visit takes about 15 minutes.
